Celebrating a Milestone: Mentor Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Reaches 3000 Patients Served

Today, we celebrate Mentor Ridge Health & Rehabilitation's achievement of serving 3000 patients in long-term care and short-term skilled rehabilitation services since its opening in May 2017.



Among the multitude of individuals who have walked through Mentor Ridge’s doors, each has a unique story and personal journey of hope and healing. One such individual is Judi Mrosko, our esteemed 3000th patient. Stepping into skilled rehab for the first time, Judi found herself embraced by the warmth and support of Mentor Ridge's exceptional staff. "Everyone at Mentor Ridge is nice and helpful," Judi said.

However, what truly sets Mentor Ridge apart is its unwavering commitment to helping individuals like Judi achieve their goals. "Establishing and working towards the goals that get our patients and families set up for success drives our day-to-day work,” shares Sara, a dedicated member of the Mentor Ridge therapy team since its opening in 2017. “In witnessing the evolving landscape of healthcare these past few years, through it all, Mentor Ridge is a constant top-tier provider that continues to find new ways to improve its environment and care to the community it serves.”



Judi is diligently working towards her own rehab goals, sharing that her favorite part of the day is working with physical therapy. She hopes to return to walking the park trails she has access to from her very own backyard at home. It is this determination and spirit that drives Judi, fueled by the expertise and encouragement of Mentor Ridge's therapy team.
