Mentor's Mighty Ducks

Here at Mentor Ridge, every day is something new and exciting. While we offer structure and consistency in our residents' daily living, they can appreciate some things that are out of the norm. One of the additions that came with the property on Mentor Ridge is some feathery friends that our residents have grown to adore.



Meet our beloved Mentor Ridge Mighty Ducks! Six years ago, when Mentor Ridge opened, we were thrilled to have these guys call our courtyard home. Jenn Mason, our Activities Director, keeps a close eye on their well-being and safety. Ben, a longtime resident, and self-appointed "duck dad," also ensures they are well cared for with plenty of water, food, and attention. The ducks just love swimming in their custom pond and relaxing under the maintained pine trees.

Our staff motto at Mentor Ridge is, "Ducks that flock together, stay together," and this commitment has been invaluable to our culture and customer service. We are proud to have four CMS Deficiency Free surveys and look forward to being your family's choice for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.
